Every Sunday, Place Vauban is the place-to-be for the petrolheads of all ages — with a coffee shop as a landmark it becomes a kind of "cars & coffee" in its simplest form. Without much ceremony cars are parked without pomp and circumstance: an iconic Testarossa Monospecchio next to a Volkswagen Gold Fashion Line or a Maserati MC20 just out of the showroom. While everyone weaves between purring cars and gets coffee; chatting with perfect strangers who share the same passion.

This meeting of enthusiasts was not born of a convivial get-together but rather protest by the Fédération française des Automobilistes Citoyens (FFAC) in response to the decision of the municipality on the subject of anti-pollution — which would seek to prohibit the free circulation for historic cars.
